Goal: To see the Tour de France in person. Especially one of the mountain stages like Alp D’Huez.

Reason: Our family watches the tour every July cheering on our favorite riders, wincing at the crashes, and laughing at the crazy fans on the side of the road. I also love that I get the opportunity to see the French countryside, to travel a place and see sites I will hopefully see in person someday (but that’s for a different bucket list item).

Deadline: I’m not sure about what deadline I want to set for this. You see I don’t want to do this one on my own, it’s not meant to be a one person trip, so maybe I will set this not for a particular time or date, but just say that  this is for when I have found the right traveling companion,
